Abstract

For some decades now, the technological maelstrom, as well as new communication methods and services, have been competing in a race of growing tendency all over the world. Products and their efficiency perform in the private sphere with demands and competitiveness to which the public sector cannot be alien, on the contrary, society increasingly demands the effectiveness and efficiency of the Public Administration and the possibility of the scope of its benefits. Public innovation is a growing and necessary trend to achieve excellence in public policies in the Administration in the countries around
us and in Latin America.
