Abstract

One of the central needs of society is mobility, understood as the means used by human beings to move from one point to another in order to carry out economic, commercial, tourist, educational, health activities, among others; thanks to the integration of urban and rural spaces that allow the execution of the same. Therefore, it is essential that the State ensure the universal right to access to goods and services for all people, through a firm and permanent commitment by state entities that guarantee the communication and transfer of people and goods. This reaffirms the need for adequate urban planning and mobility directed by the State, for the construction of solutions that satisfy the needs of transport users, thus obtaining a sustainable development of cities thanks to the existence of means of transport safe and accessible to all.
