Abstract

ANALYZES THE ROLE OF THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF PROFESSIONALIZATION, A KEY FACTOR IN THE IMPLEMENTATION AND CHANGES GENERATED IN THE INSTITUTIONS, AS WELL AS IN THE PERSONNEL SUBJECT TO PROFESSIONALIZATION. IN GENERAL TERMS, THESE PEOPLE MUST BE OPEN TO CHANGE, WITH LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS, MEDIATING SKILLS, A SENSE OF POLYVALENCE, VISIONARIES, ETC. THERE ARE MANY FACTORS THAT CAN INFLUENCE THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRAINING OF TRAINERS.
