APP'S as a tool for public management in Costa Rica: impact on Costa Rican MIPYMES.

Abstract

This article aims to demonstrate that information and communication technologies (ICTs) cannot only improve both the productivity and the efficiency of the organizations’ processes, but that they can also play a more strategic role, through the use and implementation of Apps, by connecting the companies’ services to the users. Mobile applications for MIPYMES are an important initiative to strengthen work, impact and development in the economies of the countries.
