Abstract

The productive capacity of genomic analysis for breast and colorectal cancer diagnoses performed in the Costa Rican Social Security Fund is analyzed and the feasibility of expanding coverage to the entire target population is analyzed, based on an economic-social approach of the benefits that the population and the country will have with the expansion of the productive capacity of genomic analysis of the Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory of the National Children's Hospital "Dr. Carlos Sáenz Herrera".
