Abstract

The Life Skills Programs works for the promotion of human development because of it these skills are used as mechanism for prevention of drug use. These spaces are ideal for the prevention of social challenges especially in Central America but normally there are no processes for the evaluation of these kind of programs. In this case the Instituto Centroamericano de Administración Pública (ICAP) develop a methodological framework for the evaluation of Life Skills programs. This evaluation mind the measurement of the efficiency, the effectiveness and the impact of the program.
