Abstract

The organizational culture at the national level is
integrated by values, attitudes, work force, loyalty,
interpersonal relationships, etc. of its members. The
present investigation explained what is the key to the
business success of the Mexican and and United States
relations taking into consideration a key element for
its achievement “the organizational culture of the
country where the company operates”. Finally making
a comparison between both countries.
