Abstract

THIS PAPER ADDRESSES COSTA RICA'S NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY BY ANALYZING ITS "JOINT IMPLEMENTATION" STRATEGY, DESCRIBING ITS ACHIEVEMENTS AND PROGRESS IN THIS FIELD, IN LIGHT OF ITS PARTICIPATION IN THE FRAMEWORK CONVENTION ON CLIMATE CHANGE.
