Abstract

THE MARKETING OF COFFEE IN TRADITIONAL AND ALTERNATIVE CHAINS IS ANALYZED USING THE APPROACH OF GLOBAL VALUE CHAINS, INCLUDING THE SECTORAL AND BUSINESS LEVEL, AS WELL AS THE NODES BETWEEN EACH LINK IN THE CHAIN. THE DIMENSION OF CONSUMPTION IS ADDED, WHICH HAS BEEN A DETERMINING FACTOR IN THE CHANGE AND NEW PROPOSALS THAT THE BEAN HAS UNDERGONE IN RECENT YEARS.
