Abstract

CONSIDERING THAT AGRICULTURE IS THE BASIS OF CENTRAL AMERICAN EXPORTS, IT IS NECESSARY TO HAVE AN INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURE THAT ALLOWS FOR ITS STRENGTHENING AND MODERNIZATION IN THE FACE OF THE CHALLENGES OF THE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
