Abstract

The foresights prospective is an instrument that helps prepare
more effectively the upcoming events, those in which exercises
of predictive type can have a significant weight, although
not decisive and in which the intelligence can play a fundamental
role. In addition it may depend on the scenario and the
manner of implementing a crucial instrument in spite of a framework
of strategic orientation that would enable the organization
to be better prepared for the emerging global challenges
