Why an Integrated Management System in the Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Public Education?

The Human Resources Directorate of the Ministry of Public Education pursues the creation of an effective and efficient administration, that is, an administration that meets the real needs of educators, promoting the incorporation of mechanisms of the New Public Management and ISO standards that allow higher quality services. To this end, it must be surrounded by control systems that provide full awareness of processes and procedures. The purpose of this article is to summarize the efforts of the HRD to carry out reforms within its organization that have led to improvements in its management.
