THE SUCCESSFUL DEVELOPMENT OF THESE TEACHING AND TRAINING PROGRAMS IS CRUCIAL TO THE EVALUATION OF A WELL-TRAINED MANAGEMENT CORPS. UNIVERSITIES, GOVERNMENT-SPONSORED AND OTHER TRAINING INSTITUTIONS HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE CURRICULA, TEACHING AND INSTRUCTION THAT WILL PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY ADMINISTRATIVE/MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL FOR THE PUBLIC SERVICE.
FOR MANY YEARS THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MANAGEMENT SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTES HAS BROUGHT TOGETHER EDUCATORS AND TECHNICIANS TO IMPROVE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT EDUCATION AND TRAINING PROGRAMS. IN PARTICULAR, EFFORTS HAVE BEEN DIRECTED AT PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION/MANAGEMENT.
