Abstract

ANALYZES THE NEW NICARAGUAN PUBLIC SECTOR CONTRACTING LAW AND ITS REGULATIONS, ADDRESSING SOME FINDINGS, WEAKNESSES AND CRITICAL POINTS THAT COULD BE CAUSING PROBLEMS OF APPLICATION WITHIN PUBLIC ENTITIES, WITH EMPHASIS ON THE PUBLIC BIDDING PROCEDURE, THE SYSTEM OF GUARANTEES AND THE WORKS CONTRACT, BECOMING REAL CHALLENGES FOR THE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NICARAGUAN PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.
