Abstract

Governing the cities of the future in the post-pandemic digital age requires significant efforts to integrate the different social groups that make them up, along with their needs and demands. The role of innovation, creativity and disruptive thinking as a strategic key in the work to reduce digital divide, strengthen inclusion, fight against climate change and the construction of smart cities with new mechanisms for democratic participation, vision of the future and with adequate knowledge management.
