Abstract

EXPLAINS THE ADOPTION OF THE MODEL OF EXCELLENCE, THE COMMON EVALUATION FRAMEWORK, CAF, AND OTHER TOOLS SUCH AS THE LETTERS OF COMMITMENT TO CITIZENS, THE PUBLIC SERVANTS ADMINISTRATION SYSTEM, SASP, AND THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION MONITORING SYSTEM, SISMAP, WHICH HAVE HELPED TO PROMOTE THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, PRESENTING THE IMPACTS OF THE APPLICATION OF THE MODEL OF EXCELLENCE THROUGH THE RESULTS OF MEASUREMENTS CARRIED OUT AMONG USERS OF THE CAF MODEL IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR AND THE REPERCUSSION OF THESE STRATEGIES IN THE CENTRAL AMERICAN REGION AND PANAMA.
