Abstract

THE CASE OF THE DIRECTORATE OF REGISTRY SERVICES OF THE NATIONAL REGISTRY OF COSTA RICA: A REVIEW OF THE BENEFITS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE LICENSE PLATE SUB-PROCESS OF THE DIRECTORATE OF REGISTRY SERVICES OF THE NATIONAL REGISTRY, ONCE A NEW COMPUTER SYSTEM WAS IMPLEMENTED, WHICH EARNED IT FIRST PLACE IN THE COMPETITION FOR PROMISING PRACTICES IN PUBLIC MANAGEMENT.
