PRESENTS THE RESULTS OF THE REFORM AND MODERNIZATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION IN EL SALVADOR, POINTING OUT THE IMPORTANCE OF HAVING AN INTEGRATED INFORMATION SYSTEM THAT INCLUDES THE ADMINISTRATION OF PERSONNEL STRUCTURES, SALARY ANALYSIS, PAYROLL, HUMAN RESOURCES BUDGET, JOB CLASSIFICATION, ETC., FOR MANAGEMENT DECISION-MAKING AND THE DEFINITION OF POLICIES IN THIS FIELD.
