Abstract

POINTS OUT THE ACHIEVEMENTS MADE IN PROMOTING REGIONAL MONETARY AND FINANCIAL INTEGRATION SINCE 1992. IT ALSO POINTS OUT THE AREAS OF WORK FOR THE COMING YEARS, WHICH ARE AIMED AT ACHIEVING MACROECONOMIC CONVERGENCE, DEEPENING FINANCIAL INTEGRATION AND DEVELOPING A REGIONAL CAPITAL MARKET.
