Abstract

Public-Private Partnerships are a means to facilitate the creation and management of smart cities, there are a large number of projects developed from PPPs and in Latin America there are several examples of good practices in areas such as transportation, clean energy and governance. The Central American Institute of Public Administration, ICAP, works on aspects that contribute to the correct planning, execution and adjustments of government initiatives that seek the creation of smart cities.
