Abstract

THE PURPOSE OF THIS ARTICLE IS TO SUMMARIZE FOUR GENERAL COMPONENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE STUDY OF PUBLIC HOUSING POLICIES. IT IS NOT INTENDED TO REDUCE THE DIAGNOSIS OF THE HOUSING SITUATION, NOR EVEN LESS TO SYNTHESIZE THE INSTITUTIONAL CHARACTER.
