Methodological approach for the approach of Production Chains

Abstract

The small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) facing difficulties for the access to adequate financial support, that is a result of market failures. However this can be attended with public policies, this paper aims to contribute with a methodological framework to promote public politics which take into account the finance and the market failures. Also this paper proposes a series of actions to build a strategy with public policies, the one help to improve the conditions for the access to finance to the SMEs and the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
