Abstract

ADDRESSES THE ISSUE BY STATING THAT GOOD GOVERNANCE SEEKS THE GENERAL INTEREST, EQUITY, CITIZEN PARTICIPATION, RESPECTS HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE RULE OF LAW. THE LACK OF CITIZEN CREDIBILITY IN GOVERNMENT IS A PROBLEM THAT MUST BE OVERCOME.
