Abstract

THE JOB CLASSIFICATION SUBSYSTEM IS THE TECHNICAL COMPONENT THAT CONSTITUTES THE CENTRAL AXIS THAT SUPPORTS ALL THE OTHER ELEMENTS OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, DESCRIBING BOTH THE FRAME OF REFERENCE AND THE APPROACH THAT GUIDES THE ACTIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE IN NICARAGUA.
