Abstract

THE AUTHOR ANALYZES INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF THE CENTRAL AMERICAN COMMUNITY SCHEME AT THE CURRENT JUNCTURE. IDENTIFIES FACTORS OF REGIONAL AND NATIONAL SCOPE AND NATURE CONSIDERED AS KEY FOR THE EFFORTS TO REORDER THE PROCESS AND INSTITUTIONS OF INTEGRATION. PROPOSES THE URGENT EVALUATION OF REGIONAL AND GOVERNMENTAL CAPACITY FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF INTEGRATION IN A NEW STAGE.
