Abstract

Open data make available to the public data that are of interest to you in free license formats that are easily used, which is done through interoperability, which is in turn a budget for the construction of Smart cities, which are characterized by fully integrated systems and services. In such a way, that the open data is a necessary budget for the construction of Smart Cities.
