Abstract

THIS PAPER AIMS TO FULFILL THE FOLLOWING OBJECTIVES:

A) TO ANALYZE THE PROBLEM OF THE CADRES OF THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE DIRECTION OF THE ECONOMY, IN THE CONTEXT OF THE FIRST PHASE OF THE REVOLUTIONARY TRANSITION IN NICARAGUA.

B) TO CONTRAST WITH THE PURPOSE OF REVEALING THEIR DIFFERENCES THE STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF THE OLD EDUCATION AND THOSE THAT INTEGRATE THE NEW SANDINISTA EDUCATION.

C) TO HIGHLIGHT THE IMPORTANCE AND NECESSITY OF CONCEIVING THE EDUCATION SECTOR AS A SYSTEM FOR PLANNING AND ADMINISTRATION PURPOSES.

D) TO MAKE A SYSTEMATIC PROPOSAL, WITH THE PURPOSE OF LOCATING THE SUBSYSTEM OF TRAINING OF CADRES FOR THE STATE ADMINISTRATION AND THE PLANNING AND DIRECTION OF THE ECONOMY, WITHIN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM.
