Abstract

THE ARTICLE IS THE RESULT OF THE ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION FROM THE CONSOLIDATION OF A DATABASE CONTAINING DOCUMENTS, ARTICLES, BOOKS, PAPERS, ETC., WHERE TOPICS RELATED TO CENTRAL AMERICAN REGIONAL INTEGRATION ARE ANALYZED AND/OR STUDIED. THE DOCUMENT HIGHLIGHTS THE PREVAILING NEED, IN THE REGION, TO DEEPEN, IN A SCIENTIFIC MANNER, THE SUBJECT OF REGIONAL INTEGRATION IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE EXISTING KNOWLEDGE GAP.
