Abstract

Societies are facing processes of change on a continuous basis, currently the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution, has transformed the way in which all levels of society operate, from work to social relations. In the middle of this process, where technology makes its way at all levels, the public administration has had few responses, less efficient processes and being unfriendly in the transformation of its systems to digital tools. This article proposes an approach to public management through innovation, knowledge management and Big Data so that these are the basis of a process of change and adaptation that allows managing ignorance and find answers to new needs in a smart way.
