Abstract

The 2030 Agenda on Sustainable Development Goals establish that sustainable environmental management must be citizen-driven. It denotes the role of local government environmental management in the Municipal Development Plan, by comprehensively improving the management and the population well-being. The PUND cluster methodology (2017) could help improve local government management, encouraged by its regional Associations (SICA) in the task of implementing ODS and impact evaluation processes. SICA and ICAP must lead these dimensions of public policy.
