Abstract

THE CREDIBILITY, RESPECT, CONVICTION AND THE FRAMEWORK OF THE LAW ON WHICH THE CIVIL SERVICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE CAREER REGIMES ARE BASED IN THE COUNTRIES OF THE REGION AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, MAKE GOVERNMENTS ACHIEVE THEIR EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS WITH RESPECT TO A PROFESSIONALIZED AND SUITABLE HUMAN RESOURCE WITH QUALITY CONTRIBUTIONS AND PRODUCTS, WHICH ALLOWS THE NECESSARY AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, TENDING TO MODERNIZE AND INNOVATE THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN ALL ITS CONTEXT, WHICH IN TURN IMPLIES BOTH THE STRENGTHENING OF GOVERNANCE AND THE SUCCESS OF A PROACTIVE HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION IN THE GOVERNMENTAL MANAGEMENT OF OUR NATIONS".
