Abstract

This article presents the progress from the Triple Helix to the Fifth Systemic Helix [QHS], in order to show its scope and possible applications in Latin America in innovation and development [R&D], in this Society 4.0. The ideas of the emergence of the Triple Helix, the Quadruple Helix and the QHS are presented. The scope of the paper is descriptive.
