Abstract

Nowadays, leaders must be accountable for personal, institutional, and management challenges as well as to impose a transcendental and innovative vision and take risks generated in their work. This requires models and practical tools designed for their strategic role, where reliable and trustworthy working and information schemes, aligned within the same conceptual base facilitate monitoring and guarantees that things get done. Faced with these challenges, the "INTEGRAL STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP MODEL" is presented, structured in three components and nine elements that allow, from its execution, to revolutionize, innovate and bring to the forefront the institutional leadership with an integral quality of life.
