Abstract

PRESENTS A BREAKDOWN OF SOME INDICATORS THAT MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO COMPARE THE POLITICAL, ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL SITUATION OF THE COUNTRIES IN THE REGION, AND CONCLUDES WITH A CALL FOR ATTENTION TO THE NEED TO COMBAT THE "ANEMIC ETHICS AND WEAKENED COMMUNITY SPIRIT" THROUGH A PERSONAL COMMITMENT TO ACTIVELY FIGHT TO PREVENT "JUSTICE FROM DYING" AS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF GOVERNANCE.
