Abstract

THIS ARTICLE DESCRIBES THE RELEVANT CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JAPANESE CULTURE, WHICH GIVES RISE TO OUCHI'S Z THEORY, AND INTRODUCES THE TECHNICAL PART USED BY QUALITY CIRCLES IN THE ANALYSIS OF PROBLEMS. IN THIS DESCRIPTION, A CONSTANT CONFRONTATION IS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN TWO ENVIRONMENTS: JAPAN AND LATIN AMERICA.
