Abstract

THE PUBLIC ENTERPRISE IS A CHARACTERISTIC INSTITUTION OF CONTEMPORARY CAPITALISM WHOSE STUDY IS STILL UNDERDEVELOPED. DUE TO THE SLOW PACE OF ECONOMIC GROWTH IN RECENT YEARS, STATES MUST EVALUATE THEIR MODES OF INTERVENTION AND EXAMINE THE IMPACT OF PUBLIC ENTERPRISES.
