Abstract

THE CHALLENGES OF TEACHING AND TRAINING IN THIS NEW CENTURY HAVE ALLOWED ICAP TO ADDRESS THE USE OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS A FUNDAMENTAL ASPECT OF ITS CONTRIBUTION TO THE CENTRAL AMERICAN REGION, STRENGTHENING KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT, INCLUDING SOME OF THE MAIN EFFORTS THAT THE INSTITUTION HAS MADE TO FULFILL ITS ORIGINAL MANDATE, ADJUSTING TO THE NEW TIMES.
