Abstract

THE MUNICIPALITY XXI CENTURY PROJECT SEEKS TO TRANSLATE PUBLIC POLICIES FOR INTEGRAL DEVELOPMENT AT THE LOCAL LEVEL, COMBINING THE EFFORTS OF GOVERNMENT AND CIVIL SOCIETY, AIMED AT COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT AND BASED ON THE EFFICIENT USE OF RESOURCES. THE OBJECTIVE IS TO IDENTIFY IN EACH MUNICIPALITY THE NECESSARY ELEMENTS THAT ALLOW THE EXECUTION OF INTEGRAL PROJECTS ORIENTED TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT. DESCRIBES THE EXPERIENCES OF PRIVATIZATION AND ITS INCIDENCE AT THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT LEVEL.
