Abstract

BASED ON THE RESULTS RECENTLY OBTAINED IN THE SECOND BAROMETER OF THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE CIVIL SERVICES IN CENTRAL AMERICA. BAROMETER OF THE PROFESSIONALIZATION OF THE CIVIL SERVICES IN CENTRAL AMERICA AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, THE CENTRAL AMERICA AND THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, WE ANALYZE THE EVOLUTION OF CIVIL SERVICES IN THE SEVEN CIVIL SERVICES IN THE SEVEN COUNTRIES IN THE PERIOD 2004-2012, CHARACTERIZED IN THE SUBREGION BY MERITOCRATIC AND FLEXIBLE POLICIES. MERITOCRATIC AND FLEXIBLE POLICIES. IT REVIEWS THE PROGRESS ACHIEVED AND THE CHALLENGES CHALLENGES STILL PENDING IN THE CIVIL SERVICES OF THE SEVEN COUNTRIES.
