Abstract

THE WORKSHOP PROPOSES AS A SPECIFIC THEME THE CURRICULAR DEVELOPMENT OF GRADUATE LEVEL PROGRAMS. THE WORKSHOP SEEKS TO GENERATE A FRANK AND CONSTRUCTIVE EXCHANGE ON TOPICS SUCH AS THE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE, THE BACKGROUND AND INSTITUTIONAL AND PHILOSOPHICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROGRAMS, THE AREAS AND APPROACHES OF STUDY, THE COURSE CURRICULUM, AND THE GRADUATION PROCESS. IN PARALLEL, THE WORKSHOP SEEKS TO IDENTIFY AND RECOMMEND CONCRETE MECHANISMS TO STRENGTHEN LINKAGES BETWEEN EXISTING PROGRAMS, AND TO SUPPORT THE CREATION OF PROGRAMS IN COUNTRIES WHERE THEY DO NOT YET EXIST.
