Abstract

THE AIM IS TO PROPOSE AND DISSEMINATE A NEW MODEL THAT ALLOWS TECHNICALLY EVALUATING THE PERFORMANCE OF EACH OF THE EMPLOYEES OF A PUBLIC ORGANIZATION AND, AT THE SAME TIME, TO ACHIEVE A DIAGNOSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL SITUATION.
